Club Registration - 2023-24

CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME TO THE ROCKFORD RAPTORS!!

All registrations must be completed online and will allow you to sign up for participation, complete contact information, sign consents, upload documents and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, you will need the following available (yes, even returning players). Registrations not completed by June 20th will incur a $50 late fee.  

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information
  • Copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Passport or State Issued ID 
  • Headshot photo - similar to a driver's license or passport photo (upload on the players profile through the parent portal)
  • Insurance Information 

 
Once you are accepted for a team, you will receive an email from BYGA with directions and the link to register for the upcoming season.

Financial Aid Procedures

  • Financial Aid applications will be accepted online only. No paper forms will be accepted. No Exceptions.
  • Please make sure to have copies of both parent's 2022 Federal Taxes on hand to upload. 
  • All FA applicants must apply by June 19th. Applying after this date will incur late fees.
  • After receiving an answer on your FA application,  all players must register for club by June 30th.
  • Registering after this date will cause you to incur $100 fee for each month you are late applying/registering.
  • All families receiving financial aid, will be required to volunteer at possibly all of our tournaments.

2023/2024 Raptors FC Club Program:

  • Nationally licensed Coaches
  • Professional Training 2-3 days a week (depending on age group)
  • League Play – Spring & Fall (Girls U15-U19 Fall; Boys U15-U19 Spring).  We have multiple levels of competition with most teams playing at the highest level.
  • ECNL and E64 for qualifying U13-U19 boys and girls
  • National League (previously Midwest Regional League-MRL) Fall or Spring entry fee for qualifying teams.
  • Outdoor Hosted Tournaments: (cancelled tournaments due to weather or pandemics will not be replaced)
    Puri Labor Day Cup (U8-U19 girls, U8-U14/15 boys);  
    November ID College Showcase (U15-U19 boys and girls); 
    Puri College Showcase (U13-U19 boys, U13-U14/15 girls);
    Puri Champions Cup (U8-U19 boys, U8-U14/15 girls)
  • Winter Indoor Training twice a week
  • GK specific training by licensed/certified GK coaches
  • College Recruiting Assistance – Personal assistance as well as individual and team player profiles including access to game tape footage.  Over the years we have established long and personal contacts with the majority of college coaches located all throughout the Midwest.  We are very proud to say we've had over 750 Raptors move on to play College Soccer.  
  • We showcase our players to hundreds of college coaches throughout the year
  • College Recruiting membership for all High School Players
  • Potential friendlies with other high level clubs
  • Potential exposure to Olympic Development Program (ODP) 

Costs:  Payment plans are available.
     
U8/U9 - 975.00
     
U10  -  1250.00
     U11-U19 - 1500.00
     ECNL & ECNL RL & E64 & - 1950.00
 

Volunteer Hours:  We host multiple tournaments through out the season.  They bring good competition to our doorstep, keep families from having to travel and help keep club fees down.  We need support from all our families; so to keep it fair each child’s family is required to volunteer up to 7 hours per child per year.   An opt-out option is available at a price of $125 per child when you register online by June 25, 2022.   Opt out payments received after July 31, 2022 will not be accepted.  Fees are non refundable nor may be credited for any other year.  If you fail to complete your scheduled volunteer hours, your child will not be able to train or play in games until a $200 fine is paid.
